When I turned 50 I began to see just how unhealthy I was - in so many areas of my life. Getting and staying healthy is a lifelong process and most days I feel like I have a lot of work to do but I am healing. In the 4 years since that "big" birthday I've found resources that I love and I thought that a newsletter might be the best way to share them.
My goal is to send one email a month with applicable resources that have helped me and will hopefully encourage you. It may be the latest research, a favorite podcast or book or an activity to help you get healthy. I will be sure to share a few laughs along the way.
